HFPM was engaged once the project had received planning permission. The first stage of our brief is to get the project to a point where works can start on site. This includes the appointment and management of an architect (to produce construction drawings), structural engineer, civil engineer, quantity surveyor, and arboricultural consultant, with a view to discharging all planning conditions and to producing a fully costed budget. We have also worked with utility companies to arrange new services connections, as well as with structural warranty providers and environmental consultants, the latter in regards to SAP energy assessments and air pressure and ventilation testing. HFPM is currently leading negotiations with a preferred main contractor.
The second stage will involve the appointment of the main contractor and sub-contractors then managing the project to completion
